ILMerge for Dynamics 365

Once upon a time implementing ILMerge for your plugin assemblies was a royal PITA...not anymore.

This makes it soooo easy :)

    With more recent versions there's a gotcha - ILMerge is not in the path expected. See here: https://github.com/emerbrito/ILMerge-MSBuild-Task/issues/13
